The four images
above show a large abscess on the right thigh of a cat.
The first image from the left shows how it appeared after
clipping the hair away. The second photo was taken after the
dead tissue was trimmed away. The third image shows how the
area was undermined by the pus in the abscess. The fourth depicts
the lesion after it was cleaned and the skin pulled together as
much as possible and then sutured with a drain tube in
place.
