Appointment Policy

Our practice operates on an appointment basis.  This allows our clients to schedule their visits, saving them time and enabling us to see our patients more quickly without their having extensive waiting times.  We greatly appreciate your help in maintaining this policy. 

Walk-in clients are accepted, but are discouraged, as they may face extensive delays when the appointment schedule is full.  Clients with appointments will be seen first.  Walk-in clients will be "worked-in" as our schedule allows.

Emergency cases shall always receive top priority followed by patients with previously scheduled appointments.

Patient Arrival Policy

We appreciate prompt arrival for appointments.  Late arrivals affect our schedule and ability to provide timely service to those appointments scheduled later.  Those clients arriving late for their appointment will be seen as scheduling allows and worked-in as a walk-in client.

For your protection, and that of others, all dogs must be on a leash and properly controlled while in the waiting area or exam rooms. 

All cats must be presented in an appropriate cat carrier or on a leash. 

Missed Appointment Policy

In order for our clinic to operate efficiently, all appointment slots need to be utilized. When a client fails to show for an appointment, that appointment time is rendered unproductive.  As non-productive time is increased, our ability to keep prices low is reduced.

As a courtesy, we ask that all appointment cancellations be made at least 12 hours in advance of the appointment time so that time slot can be filled with another appointment.  Failure to do so may result in the client receiving an Office Visit Charge for the missed appointment.

Payment Policy

We require full payment at the time that services are rendered. For your convenience, we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, cash and personal checks.
